A parent or legal guardian should complete the form on behalf of the player. We ask for parent/guardian information so we can verify the submission and contact the family if the hit qualifies for a prize or giveaway entry.

No. If your player hits Porter’s sign during an eligible game, they may qualify for an instant prize. If they do not hit the sign, you can still fill out the form to enter for a chance to win one of our end-of-season giveaway prizes.

A video is not required to claim the Nintendo Switch 2 if the hit can be verified. However, a video is required to receive the bonus game prize tied to a verified sign hit.

The first 10 qualifying players to hit Porter’s sign will each receive a Nintendo Switch 2. In addition, 2 more winners will be selected at the end of the season from eligible giveaway entries. Players who hit the sign and submit an approved video may also qualify for a bonus game prize.

This giveaway is sponsored by Porter Roofing & Restoration as part of our support for Fishers Mudsock Baseball and the local community. It is designed to celebrate the season and add a little extra excitement for players and families at the ballpark.

The Porter Roofing & Restoration Slugger Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Porter Roofing and Restoration, located at 5225 Emco Dr. Indianapolis, IN 46220 (“Sponsor”).

1. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on April 25 and ends on July 3 (the “Promotion Period”). Only qualifying hits and eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be considered.

2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to Fishers Mudsock Youth Baseball players participating in eligible games at Billericay Park, Field 6 during the Promotion Period. If a participant is under eighteen (18) years of age or otherwise under the age of majority in their state of residence, the participant’s parent or legal guardian must complete all required submissions, representations, and releases on the participant’s behalf. Employees of Sponsor, Fishers Mudsock Youth Baseball, and each of their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family or household members of any of the foregoing are not eligible to win unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise in writing.

3. Two Ways to Win
This Promotion includes two separate prize opportunities:

A. “Hit the Sign” Prize
The first ten (10) eligible participants who record a verified qualifying hit of Sponsor’s designated outfield sign during an eligible game will each win one (1) Nintendo Switch 2 console, subject to verification and these Official Rules.

B. End-of-Season Giveaway
Eligible participants who do not win a “Hit the Sign” Prize may enter the end-of-season random drawing for a chance to win one (1) of two (2) additional Nintendo Switch 2 consoles, subject to verification and these Official Rules.
4. What Counts as a Qualifying Hit
A “qualifying hit” means a live batted ball struck by an eligible participant during an official eligible game that directly hits Sponsor’s designated sign in the manner determined by Sponsor in its sole reasonable discretion. Sponsor may rely on any combination of eyewitness confirmation, game staff confirmation, field staff confirmation, timestamped video, or other reasonably available evidence to verify a qualifying hit.
Sponsor reserves the right to reject any claim that it determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, unverifiable, altered, manipulated, or inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion.

5. How to Claim a “Hit the Sign” Prize
To claim a “Hit the Sign” Prize, the participant’s parent or legal guardian must complete the official online claim form and provide all requested information, including participant name, game details, and contact information, within 7 days after the qualifying hit. Sponsor may request additional verification before awarding any prize.

A video submission is not required to claim the Nintendo Switch 2 prize if Sponsor can otherwise verify the qualifying hit.

6. Bonus Game for Video Submission
If a valid claimant also submits a video of the qualifying hit in a format acceptable to Sponsor, and Sponsor approves the submission, that claimant will also receive one (1) video game title of Sponsor’s choosing or claimant’s choice, subject to Sponsor’s approval, platform compatibility, availability, and a maximum retail value of $79.99.

Video submission is optional for the console prize but required for the bonus game prize.
By submitting a video, the participant and parent/legal guardian represent and warrant that they own or control all necessary rights in the submitted content, that the submission does not violate any third-party rights, and that Sponsor may use the video, participant name, likeness, team name, and related biographical information for promotional purposes as described below.

7. End-of-Season Giveaway Entry
Eligible participants who did not receive a “Hit the Sign” Prize may enter the end-of-season drawing by completing the official entry form during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) end-of-season entry per eligible participant, unless Sponsor states otherwise in writing.

The two (2) end-of-season winners will be selected by random drawing on or about July 15 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning the end-of-season drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Prize Details
Available prizes are as follows:

Ten (10) “Hit the Sign” prizes: each one (1) Nintendo Switch 2 console, approximate retail value (“ARV”) $449.99 each.

Up to ten (10) bonus video game prizes for verified “Hit the Sign” winners who submit an approved video, ARV $79.99 each.

Two (2) end-of-season giveaway prizes: each one (1) Nintendo Switch 2 console, ARV $449.99 each.

No substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash redemption of any prize is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

9. Winner Verification and Notification
Potential winners may be contacted by phone, email, or other contact information provided on the entry or claim form. A potential winner is not a confirmed winner until Sponsor completes verification. Sponsor may require a parent or legal guardian to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, tax form, or other reasonable documentation before a prize is awarded.

If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within 30 days, fails to provide requested documentation, is found ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify that potential winner and, for the end-of-season drawing, select an alternate winner.

10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion and/or acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the participant’s name, likeness, image, voice, hometown, team name, statements, submitted photos, and submitted videos for advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or additional compensation. For minors, all such permission must be granted by the participant’s parent or legal guardian.

11. Conduct and Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, submits false or misleading information, attempts to cheat or manipulate the Promotion, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or violates these Official Rules.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, each participant and, if applicable, the participant’s parent or legal guardian agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Fishers Mudsock Youth Baseball, Nintendo, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or related to participation in the Promotion, use of any submitted material, or receipt, use, misuse, or possession of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or technically malfunctioning entries, claims, uploads, transmissions, or communications.

13. No Affiliation
This Promotion is sponsored solely by Sponsor. Nintendo is not a sponsor, administrator, or affiliated with this Promotion. Fishers Mudsock Youth Baseball is not a sponsor unless otherwise expressly stated by Sponsor in writing.

14. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used by Sponsor for promotion administration, winner verification, prize fulfillment, and any other purpose disclosed at the point of collection or in Sponsor’s privacy policy.

15. Governing Law and Disputes
The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and each participant and parent/legal guardian consents to that jurisdiction and venue.
